A truly incredible piece of Native American jewelry. This cuff was created by the important Navajo silversmith Aaron Anderson of Gallup New Mexico. Aaron Anderson is known as a powerhouse in the Native American jewelry community for his workmanship.
He only uses the finest materials and furthermore only creates the finest pieces - this cuff is no exception. It weighs an impressive 167 grams and features a number of hand carved pieces of turquoise all carefully set into solid sterling silver.
The cuff is clearly hallmarked "AarONA" for Aaron Anderson and test positive for sterling silver. It measures 6 inches end to end with a 1 3/8 inches opening and is just over 1 7/8 inches at the widest point. The cuff is in great condition with only the lightest signs of wear.It does appear to be missing 1 small "tube" of turquoise and 1 small tube is chipped. Otherwise this cuff is ready to wear.
